Step 1 — Site Assessment and Preparation: Our team visits your property, measures the area, and removes existing grass, sand, debris, and vegetation to prepare a clean base.
Step 2 — Initial Levelling and Compaction: The soil is watered and compacted to create a firm, level foundation that prevents future sinking or unevenness.
Step 3 — Interlock Edge Installation: Interlocking brick edging is installed around the perimeter to give the grass a clean, defined shape and keep it firmly in place.
Step 4 — Geotextile Layer: A weed barrier layer is laid over the compacted soil to prevent any vegetation from growing underneath your artificial grass.
Step 5 — Black Sand Base: A 5cm layer of black sand is spread and levelled to create a smooth, strong base. This is the most important step for a long lasting installation.
